From designating office recreation areas to implementing the “Weigh-to-Go” health-awareness program, Molly’s projects positively affected her co-workers, as well as Dean’s bottom line. Over the yearlong Weigh-to-Go initiative, employees at her location lost a total of 816 pounds. That’s great news for her co-workers, who are enjoying an increased capability for activity, fewer health issues, and more fulfilling lives.
