Created a new employee wellness program for landscape maintenance company to prevent injury and promote healthy lifestyles. Program implementation included new employees added through an acquisition.
Health and wellness program planning and development – previously, there was no wellness program for the employees. New employees were added through acquisition which made this a great time to start a program. The owner agreed to a new wellness program to help employees stay healthy. The program will include a morning stretch routine to prevent injury, nutrition and healthy eating promotion, and a reward system to add an element of competition and fun.
