Creation and implementation of new employee wellness program for all employees, including communications for the roll out. Manage all wellness program components and program participants.
1. Create and present new wellness program for all Serigraph employees.
2. Present new wellness program to Serigraph employees (employee meetings, communications, individual meetings). Manage wellness program components and program participants.
3. Create and distribute monthly health newsletters, present at employee meetings, promote throughout organization during small group health education sessions and individual health coaching.
