Kay Biga is an Associate Professor of Management and Business Law. She is a business owner and attorney who has taught at the University of Wisconsin-Superior since 1998.
Ms. Biga has a Bachelor’s Degree from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, a Juris Doctor Degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Management Degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. She is also chair of the Personnel Council at UW-Superior. In addition, she has received two Teaching with Technology grants and a Curricular/Co-Curricular grant from the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, and is the founder and current president of the Duluth Superior Eco Rotary Club and the president of the Pachel Foundation.
Ms. Biga has traveled to over 106 countries and recently completed trips to China, Myanmar, France and Saipan. She taught in the Wisconsin in Scotland program in Dalkeith, Scotland in Summer 2017.
