Lori Thompson

Lori is the founder of Envision Associates, a consulting firm specializing in supporting complex organizations and partnerships by improving performance and achieving organizational outcomes. In addition to her consulting, Dr. Thompson has taught on-line for Central Washington University since 2013 in the Information Technology and Administrative Management Department.

Lori has extensive experience with start-up and turnaround projects and initiatives with local, regional and national organizations. She is a collaborative team leader with demonstrated ability to develop clear goals, set strategy, define plans, and implement plans with accountability. Lori possesses exceptional analytical skills and an innate ability to understand organizational needs. Her experience is quite diverse and includes, nonprofit, professional, and service sector clientele include health systems, foundations, government, higher education, private professional practices, and national organizations and associations.

Lori compliments her years of experience with a doctorate from North Dakota State University focused on assessment, evaluation, research, institutional analysis, and training and development. This doctoral program involved data-driven statistical knowledge, comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research skills, and interpersonal skills needed to work with both education, business, non-profit and government entities.

Lori completed a master certificate program in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University that included Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
